Kenya immerses herself into any situation fostering learning, observation, and critical thinking. What she learns, Kenya passes on into the community through art hoping people find healing, release, respite, and community through her works. Knowing her soul's purpose is to educate, making art that provides opportunities to do that delights her soul.

My mission is to cultivate brave space for people to explore creativity as a means to liberation through art, creative play, and mindfulness practices. My art and adornment pieces inspire feelings of curiosity, and joy while facilitating more peace, love, and ease.

Kayla Je'wel Lucas is a multidisciplinary artist from Winston Salem , North Carolina with a passion for centering the experiences of Black American women. Her works explore her own history and that which is shared amongst her community. As an avid explorer of many mediums, she employs various textures and artistic methods to support her visual storytelling.

Umayal Annamalai
Umayal Annamalai is a mixed-media artist, muralist, and facilitator whose work explores the intersections of creativity, play, and transformation. Inspired by her Tamil heritage and the sacred ritual of Kolam, she uses color, texture, and symbolism to honor her roots while navigating themes of authenticity, resilience, and self-discovery. Through her paintings, public art, and interactive workshops, she creates immersive experiences that invite others to step into the threshold of possibility, embracing art as a practice of balance, healing, and communion.

Surrealist Painter
ESTKO’s is a multidisciplinary artist living in Charlotte; her imagery explores similarities between women’s bodies with nature, and art styled with bold line work, patterns and symmetry. She creates art to challenge stigmas, stereotypes and encourages others to do the same. Currently, ESTKO is a studio artist at McColl Center, exploring sculpture and woodcarving, and seeking out public art opportunities.
